Welcome! Mr. Section 8, our founder, has been buying Section 8 rentals in the Midwest and South for over 5 years. After working in the financial industry post-graduation, he quickly became infatuated with beginning his own investment after seeing such promising numbers.  Over the last 5 years, Mr. Section 8 has been helping close friends and family acquire Section 8 rental units while primarily focusing on single-family and some multi-family. After graduating college and double majoring at Loyola Marymount University in Southern California in 2021, he has become knowledgeable about time management and persistence which helped translate into a profitable rental portfolio. After many lessons learned through experience, he now wants to pass along the knowledge that can help YOU becoming financially free while being mistake-free in the process!
