​ Who are your coaches? 

Mr. Section 8 is the primary coach that will be assisting you with your Section 8 properties. 

Where does the coaching take place?

All elements of the coaching program can be done remotely via zoom calls. Mr. Section 8 and his team will always be available when you need them. Most of Mr. Section 8’s clients never even visit the properties they purchased! The team supporting you will handle every step of the process remotely with Mr. Section 8 leading as the primary planner!

Do you have a Section 8 landlord certification course?

Yup! Mr. Section 8 has created a 20-chapter comprehensive certification course. The course is a great path to lead to 1 on 1 consulting with Mr. Section 8 and his team. However, this course will provide you with the knowledge and tools to becoming the best Section 8 landlord you can be! 

I am still unclear about the coaching process... how does it work?

Unlike a lot of other real estate coaches who take a percentage of your cashflow every month, or a % of equity in the property, Mr. Section 8 works hourly! Reach out for more information.

When do I pay for your services?
 

We ask for payments before we start the 3 month boot camp (found in Tiers 2 and 3). For information about the base package payment, please contact our team at the Contact page.

How much is a down payment for a section 8 rental? 
 

Generally, including closing costs, you are looking around $15,000-$25,000 down. Cashflow may vary depending on the city and state you are acquiring your rental in.
